David E. Sherrill
David E. Sherrill is an attorney licensed to practice in North Carolina. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court - Western, Middle and Eastern N.C. Districts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Sherrill received the degree of Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school, he competed on the mediation team and started the law school's first negotiation team, which reached the American Bar Association's national finals. He was named to Who's Who: American Law Students in 2000 and 2001. Mr. Sherrill is also a registered nurse and before law school, amassed ten years of experience in the intensive care unit. He received his bachelors of science degree in nursing from Winston-Salem State University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was valedictorian of his class.
Mr. Sherrill is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
